News March 5 - Hotel special rate extended The hotel special rate for the conference has been extended to March 11. February 24 - Program Posted The program for the conference has been posted. February 17 - More details on conference hotel posted More details have been posted about the conference hotel, including a map, etc. February 1 - List of Papers Posted The list of accepted papers has been posted. The conference schedule will be available soon. Dec 13 - Registration Page Ready The information to register for the conference has been posted. Dec 12 - Information for Registration The information on how to register will be posted soon. Apologies for the delay. Dec 4 - Decisions on submissions made All authors have been notified about their submissions. Camera-ready papers are due on December 21. Authors are allowed up to a maximum of 2 extra pages for regular papers and 1 extra page for short papers with the payment of an additional fee of $50/page. Sept 24 - Deadline extended. The deadline for submissions has been extended to October 15 to avoid conflict with the new deadline for IEEE-ICRA and to give extra time to people who had difficulties in getting back to work after the recent tragic events in the USA. Sept 8 - Instructions for formatting papers posted. Look at the camera-ready instructions to format your papers.
